PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Level Up Leadership Intensive is a high-impact, research-backed coaching experience designed to elevate how you lead, work, and live. Rooted in the proven framework of Certified High Performance Coaching™ (CHPC), this intensive develops sustained, next-level performance across five core domains: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity, and Influence.
Built on more than two decades of performance psychology and leadership research, the Level Up Leadership Intensive helps executives, founders, and high-achieving professionals build the habits, mindset, and behaviors required to lead with confidence, resilience, and measurable impact.
This is not cookie-cutter coaching. It is a structured, future-focused, and deeply transformational journey designed to help you step fully into the leader you are becoming.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
The Level Up Leadership Intensive includes 12 one-on-one coaching sessions, each 60 minutes, delivered over 3 to 6 months depending on your schedule and pace.
Each session builds on the previous one, guiding you through a strategic sequence that strengthens self-awareness, sharpens decision-making, and expands your leadership capacity.
Throughout the program, you’ll be supported with tools, frameworks, and practical applications that help you integrate insights into real-world behavior and lasting change.
About Laureen
Laureen brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, including two decades as a senior technology executive growing teams, scaling businesses, and leading through change in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
She has held senior leadership roles at companies including Kiteworks, Workshare, and Adaptive Planning, where she led sales and go-to-market organizations through periods of rapid growth, global expansion, and M&A. Her experience on the front lines of leadership gives her a deep understanding of the complexity leaders face, and the importance of emotional intelligence, presence, and clarity when navigating change.
Laureen partners with executives, founders, and high-potential leaders who want to elevate how they lead without losing themselves in the process. Through one-on-one executive coaching and immersive leadership experiences, she helps clients strengthen executive presence, communicate with influence, build sustainable high performance, and lead with purpose and confidence.
She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Continuing Education Executive Leadership Coaching Program and holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, grounding her work in rigorous coaching standards alongside real-world leadership experience.
Her coaching style is strategic, candid, and deeply human, blending insight, reflection, and practical application to create lasting impact.
Outside of her work, Laureen loves fashion, international travel, the energy of New York City, and the timeless charm of Paris.
